The Project Management Team's (PMT) goal is to keep clear and open communication with key stakeholders. The PMT includes representatives of City of Tillamook, Tillamook County, and ODOT.

The Stakeholders Advisory Committee (SAC) represents key stakeholders in the project area and elected officials. The SAC will advise the PMT on key decisions.
